Triển vọng thực hiện khuôn khổ kinh tế Ân Độ Dương - Thái Bình Dương (IPEF): Cơ hội và thách thức cho Việt Nam

Abstract
Khuôn khổ Hợp tác kinh tế Ấn Độ Dương - Thái Bình Dương (IPEF) là một sáng kiến mới nhất của Mỹ nhằm đẩy mạnh hợp tác kinh tế ở khu vực Ấn Độ Dương - Thái Bình Dương. Đây được coi là chiến lược xoay trục của Mỹ phiên bản 2.0 sau khi TPP bất thành. Bài viết này nhằm làm rõ mục tiêu và những nội dung cơ bản mà IPEF sẽ được triển khai hiện thực hoá trong tương lai cũng như triển vọng thực hiện IPEF. Bài viết cũng chỉ ra một số cơ hội và thách thức khi Việt Nam tham gia vào EPEF và một vài hàm ý chính sách cho Việt Nam.

Bài viết nghiên cứu các thách thức của quản lý logistics trong du lịch bền vững như giảm thiểu tác động môi trường, quản lý dòng khách du lịch và cân bằng giữa hiệu quả kinh tế và tính bền vững. Đồng thời, bài viết cũng khám phá các cơ hội và giải pháp mới, bao gồm việc áp dụng công nghệ tiên tiến như AI và IoT, phát triển mô hình kinh tế tuần hoàn và tăng cường hợp tác giữa các bên liên quan, với một số ví dụ từ các quốc gia trên thế giới. Kết luận cho thấy quản lý logistics trong du lịch bền vững không chỉ là xu hướng nhất thời mà là yêu cầu cấp thiết, đòi hỏi sự đổi mới liên tục, đầu tư nguồn lực và thay đổi tư duy để đạt được sự phát triển bền vững trong ngành du lịch.
