Abstract: This article proposes the integration of mindfulness a core practice in Buddhism into business education programs at multidisciplinary universities. Grounded in the philosophy of compassion and right understanding, mindfulness helps learners develop ethical thinking, leadership capacity, and the ability to make mindful decisions. This, in turn, fosters the formation of socially responsible entrepreneurs oriented toward sustainable development. By analyzing contemporary educational approaches in conjunction with Buddhist values, the article outlines a developmental direction for business training programs that emphasize inner depth and reflective capacity. It offers a vision for a humanistic education model that integrates economic effectiveness with ethical conduct in a rapidly changing business environment.
