Tóm tắt: Vai trò và tác động của việc ứng dụng Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong nghiên cứu và giảng dạy đang là vấn đề được trao đổi, thảo luận trong giới học thuật dưới góc nhìn đa chiều. AI có những vai trò to lớn trong giảng dạy và nghiên cứu khoa học, nhưng ở khía cạnh khác nó không thể thay thế con người. Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu cơ sở lý luận và thực tiễn, đồng thời khảo sát 82 giảng viên của Trường Kinh tế – Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Hà Nội, bài viết này đánh giá mức độ ứng dụng AI trong giảng dạy và nghiên cứu, những hạn chế và nguyên nhân, từ đó đưa ra những đề xuất khuyến nghị về chính sách.

Abstract: The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in research and teaching is a pivotal topic of discussion in academia, shedding light on its profound impact and diverse applications. AI significantly enhances the teaching and scientific research landscape, yet it is critical to acknowledge that certain aspects of education and inquiry require the unique insights and creativity of human beings. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks, practical research, and a survey involving 82 lecturers from the School of Economics at Hanoi University of Industry, this article evaluates the current level of AI implementation in both teaching and research. It highlights the limitations and challenges associated with AI, alongside their root causes, and advocates for comprehensive policy recommendations to harness AI’s potential while addressing its shortcomings.
