Phát triển logistics xanh trong thương mại biên giới Việt – Trung (Nghiên cứu trường hợp tại tỉnh Lạng Sơn)

Tóm tắt: Bài viết phân tích tiềm năng và định hướng phát triển logistics xanh trong thương mại biên giới Việt – Trung thông qua nghiên cứu trường hợp tỉnh Lạng Sơn. Trên cơ sở tổng quan lý luận về logistics xanh và kinh nghiệm quốc tế, tác giả khảo sát thực trạng hệ thống logistics khu vực biên giới, nhận diện những hạn chế về hạ tầng, công nghệ và chính sách. Nghiên cứu này cũng làm rõ cơ hội và thách thức trong phát triển logistics xanh phục vụ thương mại biên giới Việt – Trung tại tỉnh Lạng Sơn, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh nhu cầu từ phía Trung Quốc ngày càng gia tăng và các tiêu chuẩn môi trường ngày càng khắt khe, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp như phát triển hạ tầng xanh, hoàn thiện thể chế, đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công nghệ và đào tạo nhân lực xanh nhằm xây dựng hệ sinh thái logistics bền vững tại khu vực biên giới.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the potential and development directions of green logistics in Vietnam – China border trade through a case study of Lang Son Province. Drawing on a theoretical overview of green logistics and international experience, the study examines the current state of the region’s logistics system, identifying limitations in infrastructure, technology, and policy. The research highlights both opportunities and challenges in promoting green logistics in Lang Son’s border trade, particularly amid growing demand from China and increasingly stringent environmental standards. Based on these findings, the paper proposes several solutions, including developing green infrastructure, improving institutions, adopting new technologies, and training a green workforce, aiming to build a sustainable logistics ecosystem in the border region.
