Tóm tắt: Sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của các công nghệ kỹ thuật số như Internet vạn vật (IoT), điện toán đám mây và dữ liệu lớn đã thúc đẩy sự phát triển của các mô hình kinh doanh mới dựa vào nền tảng số nhằm tối ưu hóa kết nối giữa nhà cung cấp dịch vụ, người lao động và khách hàng. Cùng với đó, hàng loạt loại hình việc làm mới đã xuất hiện, phản ánh sự thích ứng của thị trường lao động trước bối cảnh chuyển đổi số. Tại Liên minh châu Âu, trong một thập kỷ qua, nền kinh tế nền tảng số đã trải qua quá trình phát triển nhanh chóng, tạo ra những tác động đáng kể đến thị trường lao động, đem lại nhiều cơ hội việc làm mới. Tuy nhiên, nền kinh tế nền tảng số cũng đặt ra hàng loạt thách thức liên quan đến chất lượng việc làm, quyền lợi của người lao động và tính bền vững của thị trường lao động.

Abstract: The rapid development of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and big data has fostered the emergence of new business models based on digital platforms, optimizing the connections between service providers, workers, and customers. Along with this trend, a wide range of new forms of employment has emerged, reflecting the labor market’s adaptation to the context of digital transformation. In the European Union, over the past decade, the platform economy has undergone rapid growth, generating significant impacts on the labor market and creating numerous new employment opportunities. However, the platform economy also raises a series of challenges concerning job quality, workers’ rights, and the sustainability of the labor market.
